under the bridge and over that lawn.

Last week I sold my 2001 Chrysler Neon, which was my very first and only car that I ever owned. It had it's problems, including a failing transmission, leaks letting water onto the back floor, and a slow-leak on a tire resulting in me filling it up every few weeks.

The week prior, the transmission begun to act very funny. It turned out there was a leak in the radiator which contaminated the transmission fluid. As this was a serious problem, I decided to let the car go for the best price I could get for a non-working car, which turned out to be $625.

So I find myself again not owning a vehicle. At least for a little while. I may note that it's sad seeing something so familiar disappear, but alas, it is only a thing. I will always have that transmission-fluid stain in my driveway to remind me of the times gone past.
